HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
It is never too early to start thinking about your wedding invitations. If you choose to send out ‘Save the Date’ cards, you can do this as soon as you have your venue, date and time booked.
For invitations, I limit the number of clients I take on each month so I would recommend getting booked in with me as soon as you have your wedding date booked. This way I can put you in my diary, even if you have no idea what style or colours you want – we can discuss the finer details nearer the time. I would recommend sending your invitations to your guests anywhere between 6-8 months before your wedding date. However, if you choose a destination wedding, or a venue where your guests may need to arrange transport or accommodation you should take this into account and consider sending these earlier.
For ‘On the day’ stationery, again, as I limit the amount of clients I take on each month you can book yourselves in with me as soon as you have your wedding date and we can discuss the finer details nearer the time. There is nothing worse than wanting your ‘on the day’ stationery to match your invitations and find out that I am fully booked. I aim to start working on your ‘on the day’ stationery 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding date, but don’t worry, you won’t need to have all of your guests’ names and seating plan finalised by this day, I can add names to the design as late as 10-14 days before the wedding.
On occasions I do have last minute availability so it’s always worth dropping me a message and I will do my best to accommodate you.
HOW LONG WILL MY INVITATIONS TAKE?
From start to finish, expect that your invitations can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks. This timeframe includes, consultations, drafts, several changes, production, assembly and shipping.
I CAN’T FIND A DESIGN THAT I LIKE / I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT.
Don’t worry, I get this a lot from my couples. Afterall, this is a huge decision! During your email consultation I will ask your styles, colour schemes, and find out a little more about your wedding. I can then go away and draw up some draft designs and we can go from there, changing and editing until we create your dream invitation suite together.
DO YOU DO SAMPLES?
As all of the invitations I create are completely bespoke I unfortunately do not do ‘off the peg’ samples. However, once you have placed your order, and I have created your base design, I can send samples on various textured cardstock, changing fonts, colours etc.
CAN YOU DESIGN MY INVITATIONS FOR ME TO PRINT AT HOME?
Unfortunately this is not something that I offer at this time.

For obvious copyright reasons I cannot copy any design that you have seen elsewhere but I am happy to take these as inspiration to create something totally unique to you.
